Homeschool To College sells digital products. Everything here is a file you download. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to post back.

30 DAYS, NO QUESTIONS ASKED

If this system isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain why, and you will not be asked to justify it.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email support@homeschooltocollege.store from the address you used at checkout, or use the form on our Contact page, and say that you would like a refund. Include your order number if you have it to hand; if you don't, the email address you ordered with is enough.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.

ABOUT THE FILES THEMSELVES

Because this is a digital download, we cannot take the files back, and we will not ask you to delete them or to prove that you have. The licence granted with your purchase ends when a refund is issued, and continued use or sharing of the files after that point is not permitted.

IF YOUR DOWNLOAD DID NOT WORK

That is a support question rather than a refund, and it is usually resolved in a few minutes. Contact us and we will re-send your download link. The two most common causes, an expired link and a PDF reader that cannot fill forms, are explained on our Contact page.
